- Abstract
The rapid pace of growth in modern startups requires highly adaptive strategies that can handle constant change and increasing complexity. This paper investigates how autonomous AI agents, powered by advanced code generation capabilities, can revolutionize project management in fast-growing companies. By utilizing large language models (LLMs), these AI agents can autonomously generate and execute code to seamlessly integrate with digital systems, enabling startups to automate processes and scale operations more efficiently. This study explores the potential of AI-driven automation to enhance agility, optimize workflows, and facilitate decision-making in high-pressure environments. Through a detailed analysis, we examine how this integration can support hyper growth startups by improving efficiency, reducing human error, and fostering continuous innovation. The findings demonstrate how AI agents can act as key enablers of adaptive project management, ultimately transforming how startups manage projects and drive sustainable growth.
