Abstract

This research aims to map global halal industry strategies based on previous research publications and identify halal industry strategy models that can be implemented globally. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach. The data analysis method uses VOSviewer software for literature review analysis with data from previous global research. The results of data processing show that global halal industry strategy research based on keywords has 5 clusters. The keyword that has the most and has a close relationship with other keywords is the marketing strategy in the halal industry. So, the halal strategy model that can be implemented globally is a specific marketing strategy regarding consumer intention towards halal goods and services. The results of this research imply that there are still many opportunities to research global halal industry strategies. This is based on research results that the countries that have conducted the most research on halal industrial strategy are Indonesia and Malaysia, while other Muslim countries have conducted very little research on the theme of halal industrial strategy. Future research can develop marketing strategy research in the halal industry in other Muslim and non-Muslim countries.
