- Abstract
Industrial systems are becoming more and more complex, creating a demand for more sophisticated monitoring and control systems to assure efficiency and safety. 566 Traditional methods struggle with real-time data processing, resulting in inefficiency and prevention failure. To this end, this paper proposes a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), HMI for IPC (HMI-IPC), for monitoring and controlling of industrial processes. The data acquisition layer is coupled with a friendly GUI for instantaneous data visualization and alteration. We validate its design and functioning by hardware implementation, ensuring improved monitoring accuracy along with better-placed decisions leading to the precise working of the system as a whole. The system scalable, flexible and adaptable to a wide range of industrial applications, increasing the reliability of automation. This paper discusses how the system can contribute towards reducing human errors, creating safer environments, and providing more reliable and efficient operations of the industry. The system also can maximize process control and productivity.
