Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate, and it has already changed the face of retail and the shopping experience, improving personalization and customer engagement. Fret not as current AI driven solutions for retail tend to be confined to their cause, whether it be online or offline model, lack practical testing in the real world and reproduction of human-like personalization with Augmented Reality (AR) experiences can be easily linked to the dynamic pricing plan. In this research, we present an AI-Driven Real-Time Interaction System that is purposefully devised to integrate personalized consumer insights with the Real-Augmented shopping journey. The detailed framework combines deep learning, RL, AR/VR, and privacy-preserving AI models into a powerful arsenal to improve both online and in-store shopping. Through harnessing real-time customer sentiment analysis, adaptive AI-driven pricing and hyper-personalized recommendations, the system hopes to predict consumer trends, better retails efficiency and provide an immersive interactive shopping encounter. Different from earlier research which largely depends on simulated models and generalized AI applications, this study adds value by verifying AI-generated strategies through real-world applications and case studies. This shows that AI-enabled retail has proven to be a catalyst in improving customer engagement, boosting conversion rates, and building consumer trust while adhering to ethical AI standards and privacy regulations. The research forms the basis for next-generation AI-enabled retail ecosystems that create value by combining digital intelligence with shopping experiences focused on the customer.
