Abstract

AI Driven real-time analytics platforms are revolutionising public engagement, interactive policymaking and digital citizenship innovation. This includes platforms that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) powered insights, collective intelligence, and generative AI to drive better governance and promote participation among citizens and improve decision-making processes. Through the synthesis of theoretical lens that includes a systematic literature review and regime approach/resources under specific conceptual schemes, this body of work provides specific directions for AI governance, including implications for smart cities, synthesis of evidence generation for AI, digital democracy, and responsible AI under the differentiated regulation. Also investigated is AI’s impact on the domains of democratic governance, political engagement and public trust, showing how AI-enhanced analytics facilitate citizen-government interactions by making them more nuanced and personalized. Ai could develop more inclusive, transparent and efficient governance models along with ethical considerations and trust-building measures, the findings showed.
