Abstract

How Next-Generation Adaptive AI Systems Will Transform Smart Communities Adaptive AI In Inclusive Societal Development And Economic Transformation: Modelling Governance This research also presents a scalable, secure, and multi-sectoral AI framework that stands in contrast to traditional pedestrian AI approaches, making it suitable for heterogeneous infrastructures in smart cities. Bias mitigation, cybersecurity considerations, federated learning and deep reinforcement learning methods were included in our model to build AI-enabled smart communities that are fair, transparent and reliable. The proposed framework not only tackles the issues of securing risk mitigation, prudent governance and policy-making but also does so in a cost-effective and energy-efficient manner. This research is thus corroborative to the impact of AI-driven transformation of economy and society, by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and drawing upon real-world case studies. These results emphasize that adaptive AI can help break technological barriers, foster inclusive digital societies, and propel urban innovation in a more sustainable direction presenting AI technology as a strong enabler for the future of our cities.
