- Abstract
This study aims to deeply explore the causes behind the phenomenon of financial “disenchantment” and provide an outlook for its future. The research combines data analysis, literature review, and case studies, identifying key factors contributing to financial disenchantment, including the tightening of financial regulations, the impact of macroeconomic cycles, and overcapacity caused by insufficient domestic demand. The findings indicate that, in a highly disenchanted financial environment, professionals must demonstrate higher levels of expertise and innovation, alongside fostering deep industry innovation. This study offers strategic suggestions for the financial sector to respond to change and plan its transformation. It provides valuable references for addressing employment challenges in the finance industry and promoting its healthy development.
