Abstract

With the rapid development of construction industry, large and slender structures are increasingly used in the construction of super high-rise buildings. After the welding of large and slender structures is completed, they need to be lifted to the designated height for installation, but ordinary lifting mechanisms cannot meet the construction requirements of super high-rise buildings. This paper designs a large and slender structure lifting system and conducts stability analysis on the key components of the large and slender structure lifting system based on Ansys workbench. The synchronization performance of the large and slender structure lifting system is verified through experiments, meeting the requirements of stability and synchronization during the lifting process of the large and slender structure lifting system.
