Abstract

This chapter explores the transformation of the healthcare sector through the convergence of technological advancements and a growing emphasis on patient-centered care. We talk about the importance and role of participatory medicine not only in clinical practice but also in medical education. Our work emphasizes on digital tools that can empower patients and doctors to manage their well-being and address challenges with new approaches respectively. A great discussion around user-driven technology is there along with the tools developed by our team over the years namely, Patient Journey Records (PaJR) and Case-Based Blended Learning Ecosystem. These models have encouraged us to move forward with 360 degree approach in medicine which traditional old models lack.
