Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed how organizations operate globally, offering new avenues for promoting gender equality. This paper examines the role of digitalization in advancing gender equity within international organizations, focusing on its potential to dismantle structural barriers, enhance inclusivity, and empower marginalized groups. Drawing on multidisciplinary perspectives, the study explores key digital tools such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and virtual platforms, evaluating their impact on recruitment practices, career advancement opportunities, and policy implementation. By analyzing case studies from diverse sectors, the research highlights both the opportunities and challenges presented by digital transformation in achieving gender parity. The findings underscore the necessity for ethical frameworks and inclusive strategies to ensure equitable digital adoption.
