Website: http://www.vgu.ac.in/, http://www.conferenceworld.in/ We are pleased to present the proceedings of the International Conference on Innovative Multidisciplinary Approaches to Global Challenges: Sustainability, Equity, and Ethics in an Interconnected World, hosted by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, on January 20–21, 2025. This conference brought together esteemed scholars, researchers, and professionals from diverse academic disciplines to engage in meaningful discussions on sustainability, ethical responsibility, and interdisciplinary solutions to contemporary global challenges. For this edition, a rigorous two-step review process was conducted. Each submission underwent a thorough evaluation by subject-matter experts to ensure the highest quality, relevance, and originality standards. We maintained the double-blind peer review process that helped ensure that only the most impactful and thoroughly researched papers made it into these proceedings. The chosen papers help advance academic knowledge and guide the way to Sustainability, Equity, and Ethics in an Interconnected World. We thank the authors for their contributions to this special issue and the reviewers of all manuscripts for their careful evaluations, constructive comments, and suggestions, which improved the manuscripts. Without their dedication and expertise, we would not have been able to retain the scholarly rigor of this conference. We also thank our keynote speakers and session chairs for sharing their insights, which contributed to the panels and discussions and helped stimulate thought and ideas among our participants. Last but not least, we are grateful for our colleagues' inspirational professionalism and dedication from the many committees who contributed to the success. Without their efforts in arranging logistics, handling submissions, and planning interactive sessions, we would not have been able to provide an efficient and enjoyable experience for all participants.
