Website: https://www.cuchd.in/conference/srishti-irtthi/ The Second International Conference on Innovation and Regenerative Trends in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, hosted by the University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Chandigarh University, India, was conceived as a vibrant confluence of global minds—bringing together leading academicians, researchers, and industry practitioners to explore the transformative potential of innovation and regenerative practices in tourism and hospitality. With the sector undergoing rapid evolution, the conference served as a timely platform to examine contemporary challenges, uncover emerging opportunities, and foster forward-thinking strategies that can shape a more sustainable and resilient future for the industry. The conference was honored by the presence of distinguished research scientists, renowned entrepreneurs, and esteemed professionals from the domains of tourism, hospitality, and food processing industries, as well as international delegates representing various countries. The conference featured four thematic tracks: • Regenerative Practices in Tourism and Hospitality
• Technology and Innovation Trends in Tourism and Hospitality
• Sustainable Culinary and Gastronomy Practices in Hospitality
• Global Connectivity and Trends in Tourism The event provided a dynamic platform to share deep insights through rigorous research contributions, while emerging researchers and doctoral scholars enthusiastically presented novel perspectives relevant to contemporary and future industry needs. The conference facilitated meaningful dialogues and collaborative exchanges between industry experts, academic professionals, and policymakers, thereby fostering interdisciplinary engagement and knowledge sharing. Out of a total of 201 abstracts received, 27 full-length research papers were selected for publication in the Conference Proceedings by Atlantis Press, reflecting the academic quality and scholarly merit of the submissions. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed management of Chandigarh University, all participants, sponsors, and the organizing team for their unwavering support and commitment.
