Abstract

Transportation management plays an important role in supporting population mobility, socio-economic activities, and regional development, especially in dense cities like Cirebon. This study analyzes the implementation of Trans Cirebon Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) method to evaluate its effectiveness in addressing congestion, pollution, and limited public transport. The results show that although Trans Cirebon BRT has modern facilities and strategic routes, challenges such as low passenger occupancy rates, lack of dedicated bus lanes, and lack of supporting facilities hinder the achievement of goals. Recommendations include improved intermodal integration, increased socialization, and route expansion to increase service attractiveness.
