- Abstract
Taking the School of Information and Software Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example, this paper examines the current status of cultivating urgently needed doctoral talent in the field of critical software from three perspectives: clarifying cultivating standards, restructuring cultivating programs and curriculum systems, and strengthening engineering practice. In response to issues such as misalignment between campus cultivating objectives and industry demands, and the immature talent quality evaluation system, the paper proposes innovative measures and strategies including profound collaboration between universities and enterprises in talent cultivation, the construction of a diversified and multidimensional evaluation system for cultivating quality, and enhancing project-driven approaches.
