Abstract

Good corporate governance (GCG) is the principles and rules that ensure that the company is managed transparently, accountably, responsibly, independently, and fairly. To realize this, management needs to conduct effective financial governance as a form of accountability to the board of the guidance center. This program aims to improve efficiency and transparency in financial governance. The methods used in this service are interviews, preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Interviews are conducted to explore the problems that will be used as a service work program. From the existing problems, training and mentoring activities on financial governance were carried out to realize good corporate governance. The evaluation employed data triangulation through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this service show that sanggar bimbingan has implemented financial efficiency and transparency. Financial efficiency is indicated by healthy cash flow, demonstrated by a positive balance and effective cash management. Financial transparency is indicated by the openness and accessibility of financial statements. This service has implications for increasing transparency and accountability, optimizing the use of funds and operational efficiency and increasing business sustainability.
