Welcome to the proceedings of the International Conference on Management and Entrepreneurial Leadership for K-12 Education Excellence (LEADK12 2026). The goal of the conference is to provide an international framework for an integrated dialogue on improving educational leadership and management skills, on the exchange of good entrepreneurial leadership practices and strategies in different countries, on the challenges in different national contexts.
