- Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of the economy, science and technology, and the increasing demand for talents, the proportion of national financial investment and expenditure on education is increasing. However, due to the influence of economic, historical, geographical, and other factors, there is a dilemma of unbalanced distribution of education resources among regions. Balancing education resources among regions has become the top priority in the field of education finance. Taking the basic education re-sources in Tibet as an example, through comparative analysis, this paper concludes that the imbalance in the distribution of education resources in Tibet is mainly reflected in the school running conditions, funding, and the level of teachers. Therefore, from the perspective of national education fiscal policy, education finance should focus on funding, use structure, and resource sharing, to provide methods and solutions for balancing education resources in Tibet.
