- Abstract
The issue of aesthetic education in universities has received widespread attention, but there are still shortcomings in the development of art-related higher education institutions. This article analyzes the actual effectiveness of educational resource allocation, funding utilization, and education quality in the field of art education. This article analyzes how art colleges and universities have a high dependence on financial appropriations, which affects the comprehensive development of the school and its overall development. Based on this, this article proposes the following suggestions for art colleges and universities to increase investment in other funds, strive for more central financial funds, and promote the coordinated development of the China Art Fund, local governments, and universities.
