- Abstract
Vocational education plays an increasingly significant role in promoting employment stability and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. In recent years, China has continuously promoted the reform of school-enterprise cooperation. However, there are still structural weaknesses in the structure of financial investment, the motivation of enterprise participation, and the efficiency of implementation. Taking the financial mechanism as the core analysis object, this paper systematically combs the institutional differences in school enterprise cooperation between China and Germany, and puts forward feasible path suggestions for China’s reform combined with German experience, including clarifying corporate responsibility, optimizing financial incentive structure, establishing diversified governance mechanisms and promoting regional classification policies. The study believes that promoting the institutionalization of financial instruments and the stabilization of enterprise participation is the key path to improving the quality of vocational education and the efficiency of policy implementation in China.
