- Abstract
With the increase of pressure in modern society, the incidence of mental illness has gradually increased. As a non-drug treatment, music therapy has received extensive attention for its potential in improving mental health. However, the intervention effect of music therapy still lacks the support of physiological evidence. At present, a certain number of studies have used EEG to evaluate the intervention effect of music therapy. The methods used are diverse, but there is a lack of uniform norms. This paper reviews the application and methods of EEG technology in music therapy, classifies and summarizes the existing literature, extracts the effectiveness indicators of EEG technology application in music therapy, provides scientific basis for clinical practice, and prospects the future research direction.
