Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Evaluation System of Teaching Quality Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Smart Campus Background

- Abstract
With the acceleration of educational digital transformation, it has become an inevitable trend for higher vocational colleges to reconstruct their teaching quality management and evaluation systems by leveraging smart campus technologies. Taking the four-dimensional model of “Technology-Management-Subject-Ecology” as the core framework, this study systematically explores the influence mechanism of smart campuses on higher vocational teaching evaluation through literature analysis, case studies, and structural equation modeling. The findings reveal that: (1) In the technology dimension, the contribution rate of multi-source data fusion capability to the improvement of evaluation validity reaches 43.7%; (2) In the management dimension, there is a significant resistance from institutional inertia, where a 1% reduction in cross-departmental collaboration costs can enhance the integrity of evaluation data by 2.3%; (3) The correlation coefficient between teachers’ data literacy and the application efficacy of evaluation results is 0.68; (4) Every 10% increase in the level of data interoperability between schools and enterprises improves the matching degree between curriculum objectives and job requirements by 6.5%. Based on these findings, this study proposes the construction of a new evaluation system featuring “data-driven, dynamically responsive, and multi-stakeholder governance,” providing a theoretical foundation and practical pathway for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
