- Abstract
With the rapid development of philanthropy in China, the management and utilization efficiency of charitable funds have become focal concerns across society. The effective use of these funds not only influences the success of charitable projects but also plays a critical role in shaping public trust. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current landscape and challenges in the performance management of charitable funds, this study proposes optimization strategies from four key dimensions: enhancing transparency mechanisms, refining performance evaluation systems, promoting synergy between government and market forces, and expanding the application of technology. The objective is to improve the efficiency and social impact of charitable fund utilization and support the sustainable development of the philanthropic sector.
