Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the project management concept is constantly updated. More and more researchers pay attention to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) construction project management risk identification and coping strategies. Risk identification and coping strategies in EPC project management play an important role in the successful implementation and successful completion of the project. This paper introduces the common risk identification method in project management, and uses the risk identification method to identify the risk of an EPC construction project, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
