Abstract

The rapid iteration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their integration into real-world applications pose new challenges to traditional valuation models. This study develops a dual-dimensional coupling framework based on “technological empowerment” and “scenario implementation,” aiming to transcend the limitations of financial indicators by dynamically quantifying the value of AI enterprises through dimensions such as computing power reserves, algorithmic innovation, and policy adaptability. Empirical analysis using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach demonstrates that the interaction between technological maturity and commercialization capability significantly enhances the explanatory power of valuations. Case studies further validate that the proposed model yields a substantially lower error rate compared to traditional methods. The innovation of this research lies in uncovering the bidirectional logic of “technological breakthroughs requiring scenario integration, and scenario selection informing technological direction.” This offers private equity investors a valuation tool that balances technological potential with market feasibility, promoting the evolution of valuation theory towards a technology-industry synergy paradigm.
