We were honored to present keynote addresses by distinguished speakers such as Zhanbin Yan, Xianghong Huang, and Peng Liu. Their presentations covered pivotal topics including “Property talent cultivation empowers new quality productivity”, “Innovative model of trust-based property management in old residential areas”, and “Under the background of education and teaching reform for cultivating applied talents in the new era, the solution for practical training and teaching of digital property management”. These discussions provided invaluable insights and stimulated engaging dialogues among participants. In addition, experts such as Liping Yang and Xiaoying Yuan shared their cutting edge research on topics like the integration of digital platforms in education and the role of international study programs in developing modern property management professionals. Their work highlighted the transformative potential of technology and global perspectives in talent training.
