- Abstract
With the deepening of power market reforms, the participation of new market entities such as virtual power plants and load aggregators in multi-market transactions has become a significant trend. This paper establishes a bidding model for aggregators based on multi-market coordination, coordinating and optimizing bidding strategies across the electricity energy market, frequency regulation market, and peak shaving market. It further incorporates the conditional value at risk (CVaR) measurement method to develop a two-level optimization dispatch model that incorporates risk aversion, achieving an effective balance between expected returns and risks. Case study analysis demonstrates that the multi-market coordinated strategy yields higher returns compared to participation in a single market, validating the model’s effectiveness and economic benefits.
