- Abstract
This paper establishes a five-dimensional evaluation system for integrated flexible teams to adapt to cross-specialty operation of integrated energy distribution networks. Combining AHP and Entropy Weight-TOPSIS, we quantitatively assess 12 practical teams and adopt a constraint coefficient to analyze safety restrictions. The results show cross-post rotation and digital scheduling are key influencing factors, while safety management and talent deficiency act as major constraints. Targeted strategies are proposed for standardized team construction based on this case study.
