Abstract

In digital marketing, speaking robots are becoming important tools to improve customer loyalty, enhance audience experiences, and optimize services. This article examines the use and challenges of writing robots in the field of digital marketing. This article describes how kung fu robots are transforming from rule-based dialogue experts to advanced dialogue experts with artificial intelligence, and analyzes how, for example, chat rooms are used by companies in everyday business. Chatbots can customize customer experiences, increase customer loyalty, and increase reservations in the reservation. This allows them to automate repetitive operations and reduce labor costs. The chat robots improve customer integrity through real-time support and direct interaction. This means lower operating costs, faster response time, and higher customer satisfaction for the company. However, sedentary robots also face challenges such as cognitive biases, privacy, and security. Companies must address these challenges to maximize the greatest value of choreography. By understanding and actively addressing these limitations, the organization can improve the quality of its interactions with chat robots, increasing its competitive advantage.
