- Abstract
This paper aims to explore the construction of flexible mechanisms for emergency logistics supply chains based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. With the acceleration of globalization and the frequent occurrence of unexpected events such as natural disasters and public health incidents, the importance of emergency logistics systems has become increasingly prominent. By analyzing the five core processes of the SCOR model (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) and combining the characteristics of emergency logistics, this paper proposes strategies for constructing flexible mechanisms to improve the response speed and adaptability of emergency logistics supply chains.
