- Abstract
The swift advancement of the electronics manufacturing sector poses two critical issues for enterprises: maintaining high product quality and achieving cost efficiency. This research tackles the issue of incomplete information by developing and refining a sampling and inspection framework, proposing a cost-effectiveness minimization model, and optimizing decision-making strategies for multi-processes and spare parts management. The objective is to offer tailored solutions for production-related decisions. This work enhances the quality of production decision-making and streamlines cost management, serving as a valuable reference for other manufacturing businesses.
