- Abstract
Based on the current ESG trend, this paper uses the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022 to study the impact of digital finance on ESG performance of enterprises by using fixed effects and intermediary effects methods. The research shows that the development level of the digital economy has a positive effect on the ESG performance of enterprises. Green technology innovation mediates the relationship between digital economy and firm ESG performance.
