- Abstract
Against the backdrop of national educational digital transformation and the “Healthy China 2030” initiative, the Health Services and Management discipline faces challenges in practical teaching, such as high costs, high risks, and difficulties in replicating real-world scenarios. This paper establishes a tiered, progressive teaching system integrating virtual and real elements through a “Smart Platform + Virtual Simulation + University-Enterprise Collaboration” approach: leveraging VR/AR and intelligent modeling technologies to develop virtual modules such as digital anatomical mannequins and clinical reasoning training; achieving precise management of the entire teaching process via a data-driven smart platform enabled by university-enterprise partnerships. This model effectively harnesses the empowering role of digitalization in health management education, offering a replicable Chinese solution for interdisciplinary talent cultivation within the global smart education landscape.
