Abstract

The concept of Digital Privacy is not unconditional in it concern along with it imposed justified limitations. The paper explores the relationship between data protection and digital privacy in the contemporary world, focusing on the challenges of data theft, wrong data utilization, and the need to maintain individual privacy rights. It highlights the importance of addressing the complex nature of data protection in a highly technological and globalized world. The protection of digital data also include financial details, health related information, suggestions on company, rights related to intellectual property and related information. This Paper analyze in detail about the various Legal Framework dealing with Data Protection Laws in India as well as Constitutional aspects and also discuss latest cases of infringement of the rights under present topic.
