Abstract

The Banking sector is said to be going beyond the so-called traditional branch banking. With the rapid changing technology, banking sector has too adapted the emerging AI. As Customers during the traditional times line up in every branch, excess banking documents, vouchers, and confusions all of which was ones said to be the synonymous in the banking branches which are pulled up with adaption of changing technology and automation. This automation technique has increased the universal performance under the banking industries and helps in reducing the reliance on human with the involvement of AI user interface. With the Digital India scheme launched by the government a good move could be noted in adaption of AI.

The present paper aimed to study about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in the Banking Sector. It also highlights the issue & challenges, advantage and treats related to AI. Descriptive approach of study can be noted using Secondary data.
