- Abstract
As the era of technological improvement and digitalization takes place, the way people do transactions also changes. At the moment, increased attention is paid to the use of artificial intelligence to enhance interaction with the user and protect against actions in electronic payment systems. This work will thus seek to evaluate the level of user satisfaction and the efficiency of service provision and delivery under the existing payment model involving AI and look at the usefulness of AI in reducing fraud risks. This study shows how AI payment systems could enhance customer experiences and detect fraud effectively in one go by prioritizing ease of use and service quality without compromising security measures. By examining the link, between user satisfaction and fraud prevention, the research delves into creating AI payment technologies that align with customer preferences while upholding transaction security.
