- Abstract
Entrepreneurial ventures are witnessing a fundamental shift in their talent management practices as Artificial Intelligence (AI) trans-forms traditional Human Resource Management (HRM) approaches. This study presents a systematic review of AI driven HR solutions tailoredfor startups, analyzing their impact on organizational efficiency, strategic decision making, and competitive advantage. Through an in-depth examination of 50 case studies and empirical research papers, we identify critical trends, challenges, and opportunities in AI adoption within entrepreneurial HRM. Our findings highlight that AI powered HR tools can enhance recruitment efficiency, employee experience, and workforce analytics, yet their implementation presents unique challenges, such as data privacy concerns, integration complexities, and the need for human centric decision making. As a key contribution, we propose a structured framework for the adoption of sustainable AI in HRM, providing practical insights for entrepreneurs.
