Website: https://rtime2025.netlify.app/ International Conference on Recent Trends in Intelligent Computing, Manufacturing, and Electronics (rTIME 2025) was organized by the department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE), National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT), (Formerly - National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology, Ranchi (NIFFT)), Ranchi, Jharkhand, India from 5th -7th December2025 sponsored by Jharkhand Council on Science, Technology and Innovation (JCSTI). The conference was organized in hybrid mode. rTIME 2025 provided insights into emerging trends in Intelligent Computing, Manufacturing Systems, Electronics and Interdisciplinary areas. As industries rapidly evolve with advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Electronics and Smart Manufacturing, rTIME 2025 aims to address the need for sustainable, efficient intelligent systems. The conference provides a critical forum to exchange ideas, learn from experts, and stay updated on cutting-edge developments that shape the future of technology. rTIME 2025 is the first international conference organized by the department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE), NIAMT. The Chief Guest of the conference was Prof. Rajeev Srivastava, Director, Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Ranchi, and Guest of Honour of the conference was Prof. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, Joint Director, Department of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand and Prof. D. K. Singh, Vice Chancellor, Jharkhand University of Technology & Ranchi University, Jharkhand. . Eminent Keynote speaker included Prof. Francesco Flammini, University of Florence, Italy & IDSIAUSI-SUPSI, Switzerland, Prof. Vishnu S. Pendyala, San Jose State University, USA, Prof. Lagouge Tartibu, University of Johannesburg, South Africa, Prof. Saad Mekhilef, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, Prof. P M. Pandey, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Prof. P. P. Chattopadhyay, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Prof. D. K. Singh, Vice Chancellor, Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT)& Ranchi University, Jharkhand , Prof. Utpal Garain, Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata and Shri Mukesh Kumar, Senior Director, Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, Hyderabad. 110 research papers were received by students, scholars, faculty and industry professional from various national and international institute as well as industry of which only 33 paper were published with an acceptance rate of 33% ensuring the quality paper publication through a rigorous peer-review and editorial process. The conference enabled effective knowledge exchange in intelligent computing, manufacturing, and electronics, directly benefiting students, faculty, and researchers from Jharkhand by exposing them to global research trends and innovations. Participation of national and international experts strengthened research culture in the state and encouraged interdisciplinary learning and adoption of advanced technologies relevant to Jharkhand’s industrial and educational ecosystem to international advanced level. The event fostered institutional networking and future collaborations between Jharkhand institutions and external academic and industry partners , supporting long-term research and development initiatives. Overall, rTIME-2025 contributed to capacity building, skill development, and positioning Jharkhand as an emerging hub for technology-driven education and innovation not only in national but international level. The convenor of the conference was Prof. Madhu Kumari, Head of the Department (Electronics and Computer Engineering), NIAMT. Organizing Secretary for the conference were Dr. Shalini Mahato and Dr. Ravinder Pal Singh, Assistant Professor, NIAMT, Ranchi.
