Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI), notably artificial neural networks (ANNs), is right now propelling an evolution in pharmaceutical research and development (R&D). This study explores the classification, applications, and uses of AI and ANNs in the pharmaceutical business, focusing on their significance in drug discovery, precision medicine, and market analytics. For the purpose of accelerating the development process, ANNs have been crucial for analyzing complex datasets, enhancing medication compositions, and predicting patient reactions. Additionally, the use of AI technologies has changed market strategies by permitting tailored healthcare and effective resource allocation. Despite limitations like data quality and legal barriers, the use of AI and ANNs has enormous potential to increase productivity, reduce expenses, and enhance patient outcomes. This paper discusses the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming pharmaceutical innovation and offers some avenues for further research.
