Website: https://icssha.com The 2025 4th International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities and Arts (SSHA 2025) was held in Yantai, China, from March 28 to 30, 2025. The primary objective of this conference was to serve as a platform for scholars in the fields of social sciences, humanities, and arts to exchange ideas, with the overarching goals of promoting social development, opening up new perspectives, and establishing an international-level sharing and research forum. This event built upon a legacy of advancing social civilization, where research in social sciences and explorations in humanities and arts has grown profoundly impactful. While methodologies in these fields continue to evolve, certain areas such as the refinement of research evaluation frameworks present opportunities for collaborative innovation. It is within this context that SSHA 2025 emerged, aiming to foster dialogue and propose actionable strategies to enhance academic rigor, thereby supporting the sustainable development of these disciplines. The conference schedule was meticulously designed to facilitate comprehensive and engaging discourse. The leadership of the conference was undertaken by Professor Dong Ye, Dean of the School of Literature and Journalism at Yantai University in China. The event featured distinguished keynote speakers, including Prof. Budsaba Kanoksilapatham from Silpakorn University, Thailand, and Assoc. Prof. Jian Fei Luo from Beijing Language and Culture University, China. Their speeches addressed the latest research and development trends in social sciences, humanities, and arts, offering fresh perspectives to stimulate dynamic discussions among participants. Additionally, oral presentations and poster exhibitions played a pivotal role in the conference. These formats provided a platform for attendees to present and discuss their findings in an interactive academic setting, fostering collaboration across disciplines. The call for papers covers a wide range of subjects spanning social sciences (including management, politics, and law) and humanities and arts (such as music/dance studies, drama, and film/television studies). A substantial number of high-quality papers from diverse research disciplines were received, and all accepted papers are published in con ference proceedings through ASSEHR—Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research, and submitted for indexing by CPCI-SSH and CNKI. We extend profound gratitude to Yantai University for hosting this event, Atlantis Press for their professional publication support, and all participants, scholars, and organizers whose groundbreaking research and tireless efforts shaped SSHA 2025. The fervor of contributors in sharing innovative concepts, couple with the meticulous preparation by the organizing team, is instrumental in fostering this interdisciplinary forum. Beyond advancing academic collaboration, SSHA 2025 underscores the transformative role of social sciences, humanities, and arts in addressing global societal challenges. We anticipate the insights generated here will inspire actionable solutions, forge enduring partnerships, and amplify the conference’s impact in future editions. The Conference Committee of SSHA 2025
