- Abstract
The current development of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum prioritizes student learning, moving away from a teacher-centered approach. We expect lecturers to adapt to changes and stay aware of the evolving needs of the times. A thorough understanding of the essence of learning and the characteristics of learning materials is essential. We evaluate the quality of higher education based on the quality and competence of its graduates. The Industrial World and the World of Work (DUDI) require graduates with measurable competencies, ensuring that graduates not only possess a diploma and course transcripts but also a tangible list of their competencies. To produce graduates with strong competencies, a robust educational process is essential, which is why the development of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum is critical.
