- Abstract
The Principal’s professional competency dimension in the planning aspect is the obligation to prepare a School Work Plan to fulfill Management Standards. The Principal’s low competency in preparing school plans and the lack of a confirmed School Work Plan preparation team addressing research and phenomenon gaps result in a low-quality School Work Plan. This study aims to test the content validity of a Training Guide to strengthen the Principal’s ability to prepare a strategic planning-based School Work Plan with the help of Artificial Intelligence through the ADDIE framework. The measuring instrument used was a four-point Likert questionnaire containing 27 statements. It was evaluated by three validators: an educational management expert, an educational technology expert, and a practitioner, the Elementary School Principal, for calculating the Content Validity Index (CVI). The analysis results showed an S-CVI/Ave value of 0.96 and an S-CVI/UA of 0.96, indicating a very high level of content validity.
