- Abstract
Sleep disorders have become a prevalent health problem on a global scale. The integration and innovation of technology and design to improve sleep quality and physical and mental health has become a social issue that demands urgent attention. The study focuses on user needs, analyzing five types of needs: basic, expectation, excitement, non-differentiated and reverse. The aim is to explore the diversified needs for healing functions of intelligent sleep aid products, their hierarchical structure and optimization thinking. The study combines literature and market trends to propose a demand analysis and practical support for the design of healing functions suitable for sleep aid products.
