- Abstract
Fraxinus chinensis roxb material is a rod material has excellent performance, fraxinus chinensis roxb, rattan, bamboo, willow wood four materials, have been used as wood furniture materials, but for its material performance comparison analysis, and how to accurately apply to the field of furniture design is relatively little discussion. In order to distinguish the mechanical properties of fraxinus chinensis roxb material and other pole materials, the tensile, compression and bending properties of the four woods were tested by using a universal mechanical testing machine to test the mechanical properties of fraxinus chinensis roxb, rattan, bamboo and willow wood. In turn, the mechanical aspects of fraxinus chinensis roxb as a furniture material were evaluated, so as to better guide its application in the field of furniture design, and the conclusion was drawn that fraxinus chinensis roxb materials are suitable for use in bentwood furniture and bentwood-type furniture parts.
