- Abstract
In the digital economy era, managerial digital leadership plays an increasingly important role in driving corporate sustainability and digital transformation. While the link between digital leadership and corporate sustainability performance has attracted academic attention, existing research on this relationship remains limited. This study explores the connection between digital leadership and corporate sustainability performance, introducing business model innovation and organizational resilience as key variables. It hypothesizes that digital leadership affects sustainability performance through these variables, reviews related research, develops an integrated model, and offers future research directions to provide theoretical support.
