- Abstract
Highway construction progress management in Southeast Asia is backward and inexperienced, in order to address this problem, this paper analyzes the highway construction progress management in Southeast Asian environment and proposes a dynamic optimization scheme. The article takes Thailand Rama San to Bangkok West Outer Ring Expressway Project as an example, constructs construction progress management evaluation model through AHP and gray correlation analysis, and obtains the weights of the main factors affecting the construction progress management and the parts that need to be focused on improvement. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to optimize the construction progress dynamically to adapt to the local climate characteristics.
