- Abstract
This paper focuses on the organizational restructuring model of interdisciplinary teacher teams in the context of artificial intelligence. With the rapid development of the digital economy, the demand for compound talents is growing rapidly, and the traditional disciplinary organizational model can no longer meet the needs of interdisciplinary education. Based on the theory of academic organizational restructuring, this paper proposes a reconstruction path of three-level linkage at the individual, organizational, and ecological levels, including the transformation of teachers’ identities from “disciplinary experts” to “knowledge brokers,” the construction of matrix-style collaborative networks, and the formation of closed-loop cooperation with the industry. Meanwhile, through dynamic teaming mechanisms and a multi-dimensional institutional support system, disciplinary barriers are broken down, knowledge integration and innovation are promoted, and theoretical and practical support is provided for the high-quality development of interdisciplinary education.
