- Abstract
This study focuses on the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of college students’ employment competitiveness, this article elaborates on the connotation and development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and demonstrates its role in improving from both theoretical and practical case studies, and puts forward targeted suggestions. Research has shown that innovation and entrepreneurship education has achieved significant results in cultivating college students’ innovative thinking, practical abilities, and professional qualities, and is of great significance in enhancing their employment competitiveness.
