Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation mechanism of integrating labor education into the construction of professional curriculum resources under the background of industry education integration. By analyzing international experience and domestic empirical data, a new paradigm of “Labor Empowering Professional Development” is proposed for the coordinated linkage of goals, content, process, and evaluation of labor education in higher education institutions, enriching the connotation of industry education integration. This study provides an operational framework for the construction of labor education curriculum resources for higher education institutions, which helps to cultivate new types of workers who possess both professional skills and labor literacy, and provides talent support for industrial transformation and upgrading. The study also raised issues such as incomplete institutional mechanisms for the integration of industry and education, deviations in curriculum design, and lagging evaluation systems. Future research will expand the research sample and focus on the impact of new technologies on labor education, in order to promote further development of labor education.
