Abstract

In a rapidly changing learning-oriented society, learning for counselors has become an important path and guarantee for professional growth in colleges and universities. Educational reflection serves as a positive means and tool for counselors to enhance their professional knowledge and skills, practice educational concepts, and achieve sustained professional growth, accompanying the entire process of counselor learning. The learning of excellent counselors can be reflected and realized through their educational reflection on student work cases, educational events, and class experiences.
