Abstract

In the new era where artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the industrial landscape, the traditional model of industry-education integration is confronted with three prominent contradictions: the shallow level of school-enterprise collaboration, the lagging nature of the curriculum system, and the fragmentation of practical resources. The lack of deep integration and long-term mechanism in school-enterprise cooperation, the disconnection of course content from the cutting-edge technologies of artificial intelligence, and the dispersion and slow update of practical teaching resources have greatly reduced the accuracy and efficiency of talent cultivation. To break through this predicament, this paper constructs a three-dimensional framework of “technical skill map construction - collaborative mechanism innovation - real scene reconstruction”: through multi-case analysis and system modeling, it precisely anchors the core technical skill points of the artificial intelligence industry; Based on in-depth interview research, design a dynamic school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism; Reconstruct the practical teaching system based on real project scenarios. Research findings show that this framework can effectively promote the in-depth integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies with vocational education, and build a talent cultivation ecosystem that dynamically ADAPTS to industrial transformation. Empirical evidence shows that the new industry-education integration system based on industrial technology iteration can significantly enhance the alignment between talent cultivation and the development of the artificial intelligence industry, providing key support for resolving the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of highly skilled talents and promoting the coordinated development of industry and education. It has both theoretical innovation value and practical guiding significance.
